SUPPORT OUR VOLUNTEERS
Our unpaid Firefighters and EMTs answer urgent calls 24/7. Many of them have full-time jobs during the day, or they are retired after careers in firefighting, medical services or other industries. Your support helps provide the equipment and training that keep our men and women safe, and also enables our Association to have a prudent reserve in the event a crew member is hurt and needs specialized medical attention.
FIREFIGHTING AND EMS EQUIPMENT
The population of our community is growing rapidly. Current tax levies in our county are helpful, but they are insufficient to cover the equipment and other resources needed to properly serve our residents. Your generosity helps us plan and acquire the vehicles and gear that will help our department become the best it can be. Though our firefighters and EMTs are volunteers, they pride themselves in their professionalism.
UPGRADING FACILITY
A goal of our crew members is to upgrade their facility to make it a source of pride for our community. Much of the work will actually be done by some of our crew members, but your generosity will make an impact in enhancing appearance of the station, which plays an important role in the recruitment of new firefighters and EMTs.
